This is a photo someone took of a dissected Master Replica Kermit. The Master Replica puppets are meant to serve as collectibles rather than puppets, as they don’t, as far as I’m aware, have any room inside them for a puppeteer’s hand, but they’re pretty cool.
Henson makes non-puppeteerable for-photo versions of their muppets to use for photoshoots; these puppets are run through with wire that lets the puppets be posed in all sorts of different ways, and if you look at the body in the photo you can see that this is the case here. I like that bit of the photo best, as I’ve not personally made any poseable puppets, and am interested in the mechanics.

Also, if you’re interested, you could likely reverse-engineer the pattern for Kermit based on the photo alone …
